Huckabee “jokes” to NRA about assassinating Obama

During a speech before the National Rifle Association convention, former Republican presidential candidate Mike Huckabee, who has endorsed presumptive nominee John McCain, joked that an unexpected offstage noise was Democrat Barack Obama looking to avoid a gunman. “That was Barack Obama. Somebody aimed a gun at him and he dove for the floor.”

For those that do not understand the significance of discussing shooting a Presidential Candidate, I want to remind people that we lost several wonderful leaders to the hand of gunman.
